Studio Policy
Arrival Times
When you visit Facial Zen, I want our time together to go as smoothly as possible and for you to be well pleased with your experience. Please note the following guidelines.
New guests: Please arrive ten (10) minutes before your appointment in order to complete the intake form. Clients in the Acne program are asked to arrive fifteen (15) minutes before their appointment.
Returning clients: Please arrive a little early to have some time to relax and unwind in order to receive the full benefit from your appointment.

Cancellations * Rescheduling * No Shows
Your time is important at facial Zen. Out of respect for all clients please note the following policies.
Facial Zen has a strict 24 Hour cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policy.
In the event of a late cancellation, rescheduling, or no show, the fee is $50. An invoice will be sent via Square.
All services are non-refundable.
If you run late for your appointment the full fee will be applied and the service will be modified to the best of our ability.

Product Returns
Exchanges or credit towards other studio services are given on unopened and unused product purchased here within ten (10) days of receipt.
Payments and Pricing
For your convenience all major credit cards are accepted and the card used must be presented. All prices for products and services are subject to change at any time.
Gratuities
Gratuity is not included with any service and is completely at your discretion. Tips are appreciated.
