​Cancellations and No Shows

Your time is important at facial Zen.  Out of respect for all clients please note the following policies.
Facial Zen has a strict 24 Hour notice for cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policy.  
A late cancellation or reschedule will be charged 75% of the value for the services scheduled.
All No shows will be charged for the full value of the scheduled services.  
All services are non-refundable.
If you run late for your appointment the full fee will be applied and your treatment time will be shortened to fit into the time you’ve allowed.  If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be forfeited and you will be charged the Full Price of the booked appointment.
